2.1 By gaining admission to our events you accept to have your photos published in the context of being an attendee should it be captured, if you do not wish to have your photos published or come across a photo which you would like removed, you may contact us at [email protected] we will remove or address as you request.
Registration
3.1 ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED may collect data from you for registration purposes.
You give your permission for your user account details to be stored and acknowledge that you may provide ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED a reasonable timeframe to remove your details at any time that you no longer wish them to be stored. 3.2 All type of registration for the conference is not transferable in their entirety. Your registration remains the property of ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.
3.3 If for any reason ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED decides to cancel this event, ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED accepts no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including delegates, sponsors, speakers and guests.

Exhibitor Information
4.1 ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED will not provide transport or travel expenses to or from any event or conference. ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED will consider but not guarantee exhibitors’ requests for day changes at any event or conference.
4.2 All items (screens, laptops, cabling and other electronic equipment, rooms, furniture etc.) supplied are on a rental basis and no exchange, transfer or refund of ordered items on-site will be entertained. Exhibitors must pay for any damages or losses caused to items supplied to them. Cancelled orders are not refundable.
Use of Personal Information
Information collected may be used to contact you, via SMS, phone call or e-mail for marketing, promotion and updates of Global Green Web3 Summit We may pass some or all of your information to the Sponsor or to a service provider working on behalf of ABHAY TECHNO SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and / or the Sponsor solely for use in connection with the said conference. We do not sell or rent your information to any third parties.
